HOW IT WORKS
Once you purchase your session, you will receive an email from us within 48 hours to schedule your appointment. You must book your session within 30 days of purchase.
REFUND POLICY
This is a digital consulting service and all sales are final; no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, chargebacks, or payment disputes are permitted. Your session must be booked within 30 days of purchase or it will be forfeited without refund. Sessions run for 60 minutes; after 65 minutes, additional time is billed at $120 per hour, prorated, and an invoice will be sent accordingly. If you need to reschedule, you may do so with at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing hello@brandikastudio.com; missed or last-minute cancellations count as a completed session. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
